People tend to ignore problems hoping they’ll somehow resolve themselves. Sometimes they do. But most often, unsolved problems get even worse. Driving up cost and sacrificing quality, and in some cases safety.
Project development, execution and follow-up are requirements that facilitate successful projects.
Big or small… I’m here to fix them. As a highly self-motivated individual, I leverage projects in process / packaging / warehousing within various industries (pharma / food / industrial assembly). Working on many cross-functional teams has given me the ability to ‘deep dive’ into areas of risk that need both attention and solutions.

He is experienced in creating technical scope documents, specifying equipment requirements, and defining performance criteria for machinery.
In addition, Joe manages vendor quotes, estimates labor and engineering costs, and oversees project schedules and budgets to ensure successful project execution. His leadership and problem-solving skills are further strengthened by his military service in the U.S. Air Force and Michigan Air National Guard, where he gained valuable experience in teamwork, discipline, and strategic planning. This background has enriched his ability to drive results in high-pressure, dynamic manufacturing environments.

With a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame, Ross possesses a strong educational background to complement his extensive professional experience.
Ross has expertise in quality system development, metrology, and statistical analysis, making him a subject matter expert in these areas. His leadership roles, including Director of Quality and Engineering in the RV industry, Quality Assurance Manager within Petro/Chem industry, and Quality Assurance in the Molding industry. He has equipped himself with invaluable experience in developing and implementing robust quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement. A commitment to excellence and dedication to achieving results make him well-suited for leveraging his leadership and technical expertise to drive success.
