Welcome to SLW Consultants. We are efficiency consultants. What does an efficiency consultant do? We streamline and optimize a company's fundamental processes making them cost effective and competitive. We assist your engineers in design as well as execution. During our work-over we provide technical support to ensure quality control during critical operations.
In other words we concentrate on making your manufacturing better.
Our services can be utilized as a direct connection into how the overall project is proceeding. We are able to help and assist identifying multiple paths forward, then get into specifications and impact. SLW works seamlessly with Engineering Services Providers (ESP) that manage timelines and the documentation. We will work alongside the ESP’s as they work thru the documents/drawings needed during a project. Our 3rd eye reviews of drawings and scopes of work will help mitigate a project’s confusion.

We are a customers advocate that mitigates road bumps, speed humps and potholes during a project’s lifecycle. Facilitating information on the customer’s side with only the customer in mind. We work with Project Managers, Fabricators, Skilled Trades, Equipment Vendors, and Ancillary Suppliers to any project. We’re watching out for the customer. Identifying risk early to mitigate impact to a projects time, budget, and quality. Whether it’s mechanical, electrical, or logistical, we help navigate the time before the project is complete.

What is the difference between a product manager and an SLW Consultant? The major difference comes in their approach. A product manager works to improve a company's product or service. An SLW Consultant can work directly with your company’s ESP’s to improve product productivity as well as cost savings through creating efficiencies by streamlining your companies manufacturing capabilities.
During a project’s execution, SLW will help identify your goals early, then focus on providing solutions allowing you to choose your path forward. This will help minimize your projects impact and allow you to move forward efficiently with little downtime .
